Triceps Stretch

Place one arm over your head and bend the elbow so your hand is behind your back. Place the other hand at your elbow and gently pull your arm towards your head. Keep your head down and don’t point your chin.  Avoid arching your back.  

Hamstring Stretch using a Strap

Lie on your back with a strap looped around one foot and both legs straight out on the floor.  Use your arms to pull your leg up and keep your knee straight.  

Cat Stretch

Start on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.  Keep your hands where they are and sit back onto your heels so your arms are stretched out.
