Calf Stretch – Standing with foot on Wall

Stand close to a wall and support yourself with your arms. Place one foot up on the wall making sure your feet are straight. If needed shift forward slightly.

a) Keep your knee straight to stretch your gastrocnemius muscle

b) Bend your knee slightly to stretch the soleus muscle and achilles tendon
