PECTORALIS MAJOR STRETCH (CHEST)

Lie on your back with knees bent and hip-width apart.  Make sure your pelvis is level.  Bring your arms straight up over your chest and then let them fall out to the side.  Let your arms relax as much as possible and keep your ribs down.

 

Variation: lie over a rolled up towel
